John Theodoulou
Chief Financial Officer
An invaluable finance executive with over 20 years of experience in property, hotels, developments, construction, hospitality, and mergers and acquisitions.
John continually drives the strategic growth of the Ktori Group, including its bold expansion plans through his expertise in establishing and managing high value commercial transactions.
John’s career highlights include executive roles such as the CFO of Quest Apartments Hotel Group and the Deague Group prior to joining the Ktori Group in 2019. A member of CPA Australia and a track record exceeding $1 billion in property development and facilitation, John’s leadership has been marked by his adeptness in strategic planning, financial management, compliance and investment analysis.
